- Key Responsibilities:1. Monitor and optimize production processes: The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality in production.2. Troubleshoot production issues: Identify and resolve any production problems that may arise during the manufacturing process to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.3. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E): Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in production or manufacturing.2. 3-9 years of experience in production engineering: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a maximum of 9 years to demonstrate proficiency in production processes.3. Strong problem-solving skills: The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and address production issues effectively.4. Excellent communication and teamwork: Good communication skills are essential for collaborating with different teams and departments to achieve production goals efficiently.5. Knowledge of safety regulations: Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards is necessary to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
