Production Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, improving manufacturing efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.

Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Coordinate with the design and quality control departments to ensure product standards.

Maintain and troubleshoot machinery and production equipment.

Analyze production data and report performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

Train and supervise production staff as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering.

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.

Familiarity with AutoCAD,

ERP software and production management tools.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Good communication and team coordination skills.
