Personal will be responsible for managing day to day affairs of production of the manufacturing setup

 Knowledge of TQM, TPM, OEE:

 Production planning.

 Oversee the production process, schedule, and drawing up.

 Ensure that the production is cost effective.

 Decide what resource is required.

 Draft a time scale for the job.

 Estimate caste and set the quality standard.

 Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed.

 Be responsible for selection and equipment.

 Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.

 Work with management to implement the company’s polices and goals.

 Ensure that health and safety guiding are followed.

 Supervise and motivate a team of worker

 Review worker performance.

 Identify training needs
