we are rns id (/), the world's first web3 id, which supports the application of palau id and id nfts on-chain. as we continue to innovate and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior product manager to lead the development and management of our web2 and web3 projects.

key responsibilities:

-product strategy: promote web2 and web3 projects, including enhancingand developing new blockchain-based products/services.

-roadmap planning: collaborate across functions to create and manage product roadmap, prioritize features, and align with business objectives.

-stakeholder management: gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product plans effectively with executives and developers.

-market analysis: identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product differentiation.

-product development: lead engineering teams, ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features, and resolve obstacles.

requirements:

-fluency in english is mandatory.

-proven experience as a senior product manager, preferably in the web2, web3 or blockchain industry.

-familiarity with relevant tools (. jira, lark, hotjar, figma).

-must be technical and have previous experience in python, django, and react.

-must be able to communicate effectively with remote engineers.

-enjoys doing research and customer reviews.

-strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

-demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.

-strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to be resourceful and innovative in a fast-paced environment.

-strong written communication is a must.

-proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
