Position Overview: We are RNS ID (rns.id/), the world's first Web3 ID, which supports the application of Palau ID and ID NFTs on-chain. As we continue to innovate and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of our web2 and web3 projects. Key Responsibilities: -Product Strategy: Promote web2 and web3 projects, including enhancingand developing new blockchain-based products/services. -Roadmap Planning: Collaborate across functions to create and manage product roadmap, prioritize features, and align with business objectives. -Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product plans effectively with executives and developers.-Market Analysis: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product differentiation.-Product Development: Lead engineering teams, ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features, and resolve obstacles. Requirements: -Fluency in English is mandatory. -Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in the web2, web3 or blockchain industry.-Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Jira, Lark, HotJar, Figma).-Must be technical and have previous experience in Python, Django, and React.-Must be able to communicate effectively with remote engineers.-Enjoys doing research and customer reviews.-Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. -Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.-Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to be resourceful and innovative in a fast-paced environment.-Strong written communication is a must.-Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
