Product Manager – DMS (Salesforce) - Full Time

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager - DMS (Salesforce) to join our IT team in Bangalore and drive the product strategy, delivery and evolution of our Distributor Management System.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

•⁠  ⁠Define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for the DMS

•⁠  ⁠Drive end-to-end implementation and multi-market rollout

•⁠  ⁠Own product backlog, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, UAT and release management

•⁠  ⁠Partner with Sales/GT, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and implementation teams

•⁠  ⁠Drive adoption, continuous improvement and business value

 

Requirements: 

 

•⁠  ⁠8-10+ years in Product Management / BRM / DMS / SFA

•⁠  ⁠Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration

•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of Heroku preferred

•⁠  ⁠Experience in Agile/Scrum and end-to-end project lifecycle management

•⁠  ⁠Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

•⁠  ⁠DMS/SFA, secondary sales, schemes & claims experience preferred

•⁠  ⁠Salesforce certification and SAP/ERP integration experience are a plus
