Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the development of our media tech platform and product portfolio. In this role, you will manage a team of product managers and collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and business teams to scale innovative products across global ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional teams, defining product strategy, and delivering high-impact digital products while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the product backlog, including product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria
Lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for various products in the portfolio
Define the product strategy and roadmap for the media tech platform
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize new feature opportunities
Develop consumer profiles and use cases for features such as campaign planning, measurement, and attribution
Work closely with ecosystem partners to drive integrations
Act as the subject matter expert for the product, including competitor analysis and industry trends
Communicate product updates, milestones, and timelines to stakeholders across the organization
Required Skills & Qualifications
712 years of experience in product management, preferably managing global products
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology products
Strong passion for building customer-centric product experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting product requirements and user stories
Ability to analyze product usage trends and identify opportunities for improvement
Strong technical understanding and data analysis skills to support product decisions
Ability to evaluate market opportunities and define product direction
Preferred Skills
Experience in the AdTech industry
Experience managing global product portfolios across international markets
Strong knowledge of media tech platforms, campaign planning, and measurement tools
