About the Role:

Talent Zone Consultant is looking for an experienced Product Management Head to own product strategy, roadmap, development and growth for digital financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute product strategy, vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.

Drive digital payments, lending and financial product initiatives.

Work closely with technology, engineering, business, risk, compliance and marketing teams.

Use customer insights, analytics and market trends to improve product adoption and profitability.

Own product KPIs, GTM strategy, customer experience and revenue growth.

Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team.
