Mapping Competition / Markets trends / Channels to constantly evolve the Product Strategy of the range of Product Business
Introduce new products after the feasibility study and costing etc.
Compare the products with competitors
Existing product improvement with analyzing its features, outlook, design, art works etc.
Prepare purchase plan, monthly review, periodical revision, follow-up/ weakly review meeting
Stock allocation
Avoid stock out and over stock situation
Pricing and scheme generation
Quantity wise category performance evaluation along with DSR sales report and preparing weekly comparison report.
Develop Product plans and targets in line with Company’s business plans
Develop and implement plans to support new product development initiatives in the account portfolio
Product training for Sales and Marketing staff
Market visit for data collection
