Position: Assistant Manager - Procurement

Qualification: / BE (EEE)

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6-7 years

CTC: Max. 8 lacs pa

Job Description:

Shall have good knowledge on Solar Equipments & some knowledge in Tramissions Works and Solar exaction works at site

Evaluate purchase requisitions and purchase orders on regular basis and develop optimal level of services and prepare reports to identify cost cutting initiatives.

Manage communication for purchase orders with vendors and analyze and resolve any purchase issues and coordinate with accounts payable department to process invoices.

Prepare budgets for purchasing for projects and maintain cost code for items

Maintain records of purchase order and associate documents for all processes and maintain data base

Monitor all rates of products on regular basis and coordinate with supplier and develop appropriate sourcing strategy.

Analyze all associated issues and resolve same and review vendor quotations with help of purchasing techniques and organize procurement.

Knowledge: Good knowledge on Solar Materials, Electrical Equipments, Commercials & Good Communication Skills
