immediate requirement for senior & junior process associates and team leads. we are looking for candidates who are experienced in any of the us insurance back-office processes mentioned here. certificate of insurance, policy checking, policy issuance, policy renewals, quoting/rating, audits, benefits, claims management, doc retrieval, notice of cancellations and endorsements, and not healthcare process.

• strong written and verbal communication skills.

• work location visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh.

• flexible in the night shift.

• salary is not a constraint for the right candidate

• minimum 1 year of experience in us insurance back-office operations (knowledge in multiple processes would be an added advantage)
