Good, smooth, calm, enthusiastic communicator

Responsibilities:

Generating high quality leads following the laid SOPs

Using rebuttal techniques to handle customers query

Make outgoing calls to create new leads

Developing a strong knowledge of the products script/s and rebuttal/s in order to facilitate the lead

Process Associate/ Sr. Process Associate

Location:

WORK FROM OFFICE: Sector 74, Mohali

Working Hours:

Fixed Shift Timings (US Shift) with Saturday/Sunday Fixed Off

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
