Roles & Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
* Explain project details clearly and generate interest
* Schedule appointments for site visits and follow up regularly
* Maintain a daily record of calls and outcomes
* Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into prospects
* Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups
* Share project information through WhatsApp, SMS, or email
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
Qualifications:
* Minimum PUC/12th pass or Bachelors degree in any stream
* 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
* Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory
* Good verbal communication and convincing skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
