Responsibilities*
Research potential clients and build a pipeline of qualified leads
Contact potential clients by phone, email, or in person to schedule appointments and discuss their needs
Assist clients in understanding the real estate market and our properties
Conduct tours of our properties and answer any questions clients may have
Follow up with clients and nurture ongoing relationships to ensure their needs are met
Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress through the sales process.
Requirements
Proven experience in pre-sales or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-driven with a results-oriented approach to work
Familiarity with real estate and/or property management
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
