Role Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive acts as the critical bridge between the sales and technical teams. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing technical demonstrations, and crafting tailored solutions to ensure the product or service aligns perfectly with the customer's requirements before the sale is finalized.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client pain points and propose technical or service-based solutions.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact presentations and live demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
Proposal Development: Assist in drafting detailed technical proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Client Relationship Management: Build trust with potential clients by providing expert advice and resolving technical queries during the pre-sales phase.
Feedback Loop: Provide insights from the field to the product development team to help improve future offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, persuasive manner.
Technical Aptitude: A strong grasp of the product/service being sold (often requiring a background in engineering, IT, or a related field).
