Plantation Manager - Noida

As a Plantation Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our plantations, ensuring sustainable practices and optimal production. Your role will involve managing teams, coordinating activities, and ensuring compliance with agricultural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Direct and oversee all operations on the plantation, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance, to ensure high-quality produce.

- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of workers. Provide training and guidance to improve their skills and productivity.

- Resource Management: Monitor and manage resources such as water, fertilizers, and pesticides to ensure efficient usage and minimize waste.

- Production Planning: Develop and implement strategies for efficient production cycles. Plan planting and harvesting schedules to maximize yields.

- Sustainability Practices: Promote and implement sustainable farming practices to protect the environment and ensure the longevity of the plantation.

- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain records of production, labor, and resources. Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years of experience in plantation or agricultural management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will coordinate work among team members and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to sustainable practices to improve the plantation's overall performance. Familiarity with agricultural technologies and best practices is also important.
