Oversee fish farming operations, water management, and breeding practices. Implement best agricultural and plantation practices to maximize yield. Manage dairy farm operations, ensuring livestock health and optimal milk production. Monitor soil health, irrigation, crop rotation, and organic farming practices. Supervise farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. Coordinate procurement of seeds, livestock feed, fertilizers, and farming equipment. Ensure compliance with environmental, agricultural, and livestock regulations. Maintain records, monitor farm performance, and report to management.What Were Looking For: Education: Graduation in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy Science, Fisheries, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years in farm/plantation/dairy/fisheries supervision (preferred but not mandatory). Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and resource management skills. Knowledge: Experience in modern farming techniques, irrigation, livestock care, and fisheries management. The opening is for candidates with 1 to 4 years experience in plantations, preferably in tea. Candidates with a degree in Agriculture/ Food Technology willing to work in tea plantations/ tea factory will be considered as well. Required to carry out administration, man management and agronomical practices in area of responsibility assigned. Candidate should be inclined for working in the outdoors, active participants in sports and have exempleray communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in English language is a must..
