Day to day Planning keeping in mind The Organizations strategic business Plans and policies.

Fixing Production Targets along with Packing, keeping in mind prevailing Market Trend and demand and minimizing reprocessing as well as reworking.

Coordinating among different departments like Store, Purchase, Milk Procurements, Chilling Centers, Marketing, Logistic, Quality Control, Human Resource and Maintenance.

Ensuring General Cleaning, House Keeping and CIP as per Committed SOP.

Ensuring Personal Hygiene along with appropriate documentation for the same of all staff and workmen.

A Plant Manager must have an approach for giving best quality products and to facilitate all the activities which favors Market.

Ensuring all sorts of documentation regarding Traceability and for the compliance of the Audit including certification
