Job Description

As the Plant HR Manager located in Sathyamangalam, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources at our manufacturing facility. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Recruitment and Staffing:** Oversee the hiring process to ensure the plant is staffed with qualified personnel, collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.

- **Employee Onboarding:** Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company culture and understand their roles.

- **Performance Management:** Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, guiding managers in providing constructive feedback to employees.

- **Employee Relations:** Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.

- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth within the organization.

- **Compliance and Policies:** Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, revising them as necessary to remain current and effective.

- **HR Administration:** Maintain employee records, handle payroll processes, and manage benefits administration.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and have 5 to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Leadership abilities are important for guiding a diverse workforce and managing various HR functions efficiently. Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also expected.
