As the Plant HR Manager located in Sathyamangalam, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources at our manufacturing facility. Your main responsibilities will include:- **Recruitment and Staffing:** Oversee the hiring process to ensure the plant is staffed with qualified personnel, collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.- **Employee Onboarding:** Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company culture and understand their roles.- **Performance Management:** Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, guiding managers in providing constructive feedback to employees.- **Employee Relations:** Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth within the organization.- **Compliance and Policies:** Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, revising them as necessary to remain current and effective.- **HR Administration:** Maintain employee records, handle payroll processes, and manage benefits administration.To excel in this role, candidates should possess a bachelors degree and have 5 to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
