Looking For Plant Head

K9HR SOLUTIONS, Neha Bagdi (HR Reqruiter- Mo. No. | Email ID: ) are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Head to oversee operations at our facility in Halol, Panchmahal. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in plant management and a strong educational background.

*Specifically from Mechanical background and experienced in Boiler Manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Operational Management**: Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and productivity. This includes monitoring production schedules and processes.

2. **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated and effectively completing their tasks. Foster a positive work environment and address any team issues promptly.

3. **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality standards across all operations. Ensure products meet specifications and lead efforts for continuous improvement.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed within the plant. Conduct regular safety meetings and training to maintain a secure work environment.

5. **Cost Management**: Analyze operational costs and work towards minimizing expenses while maintaining quality and output. Report on budgeting and financial performance to higher management.
