we’re hiring – planning manager (power supply, ohe & e&m)

📍 location: mumbai (project site)

📑 project: metro rail – power supply, ohe & e&m works

🕒 engagement: full-time (till completion of design-build period)

🔹 eligibility criteria

. electrical with 8+ years experience or

diploma electrical with 10+ years experience

relevant experience in planning & scheduling of metro / suburban / mainline rail projects

🔹 mandatory expertise

✅ proficiency in primavera (p6) & ms project

✅ experience in resource loading, cost tracking, project monitoring & delay analysis

✅ strong knowledge of power supply, 25kv ohe, gis substations & e&m works

🔹 key responsibilities

develop & maintain baseline project schedules (primavera/ms project)

monitor & control project progress; prepare s-curves, histograms & variance reports

conduct delay/impact analysis & prepare recovery plans

coordinate with project manager, clients, consultants & site teams

prepare mis reports, dashboards & client presentations

ensure integration of quality & safety milestones into schedules
