We’re Hiring – Planning Manager (Power Supply, OHE & E&M)

📍 Location: Mumbai (Project Site)

📑 Project: Metro Rail – Power Supply, OHE & E&M Works

🕒 Engagement: Full-time (till completion of Design-Build Period)

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

. Electrical with 8+ years experience OR

Diploma Electrical with 10+ years experience

Relevant experience in Planning & Scheduling of Metro / Suburban / Mainline Rail projects

🔹 Mandatory Expertise

✅ Proficiency in Primavera (P6) & MS Project

✅ Experience in resource loading, cost tracking, project monitoring & delay analysis

✅ Strong knowledge of Power Supply, 25kV OHE, GIS Substations & E&M works

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Develop & maintain baseline project schedules (Primavera/MS Project)

Monitor & control project progress; prepare S-curves, histograms & variance reports

Conduct delay/impact analysis & prepare recovery plans

Coordinate with Project Manager, clients, consultants & site teams

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards & client presentations

Ensure integration of quality & safety milestones into schedules
