• able to conduct online and offline training of the students as per the roster and guidelines given by the training department.
• meet new clients, maintain an existing client database.
• responsible for ensuring excellent training and placements of all the students at branded companies/locations.
• fulfil targets commitments, provide appropriate job roles.
• need to provide the student considerable salary.
• to correspond to prospective companies for interview dates and schedules of events.
• to arrange for interview facilities at the campus and written test halls.
• provide career services to students.
• network with employers. plan hiring events. screen potential students.
• might be assigned any other task deemed fit for you if required on a timely basis.
• other jobs pertaining to training and placement. has to study or understand students (for screening) and shortlist students as per vacancies and organize for and conduct campus interviews
• meet hr heads of the organization, give them detailed presentations tie-up do the tie-up for placements.
• has to maintain student’s database
• has to coordinate with service industry representatives for job opportunities for students
• work on other related jobs to be given time to time.
• preparing and submitting timely reports as per deadlines given.
requirements and skills
• graduation/post graduate in human resource management or equivalent
• 2 years in skill training/placements/human resource management.
• excellent management and monitoring skills
• good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• exhibits self-motivation, high work standards and attention to detail
• placement consultancy experience preferred
• confidence and ability to tie up with companies
• strong customer service skills
• ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• strong relationships with leaders in various functions such as human resources, recruitment.
