Opening For Placement Head

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Coordinator Head to lead our

placement and corporate relations activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

establishing and maintaining strong industry connections, building and managing a placement

team, and ensuring successful student career placements.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain partnerships with reputed companies for campus recruitment

and internships.

 Build, lead, and mentor the placement team to achieve departmental goals.

 Plan, organize, and execute placement drives, career fairs, and recruitment events.

 Coordinate with colleges, training institutes, and reputed educational organizations for

tie-ups.

 Prepare placement reports, maintain databases, and track student placement progress.

 Guide and support students in career planning, resume preparation, and interview

readiness.

 Ensure strong relationships with corporate HRs and industry professionals

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.

 Proven experience in college placements or reputed training/technical institutes.

 Strong network of corporate contacts across industries.

 Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills

 Minimum 1 year experience in this field.
