Piling Engineer (Male)

We are looking for a skilled Piling Engineer with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The successful candidate will work on various projects involving deep foundations and soil management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Piling Solutions: Create and develop effective piling designs to ensure stability and safety for construction projects, taking into account soil conditions and project requirements.

- Site Investigations: Conduct thorough evaluations and surveys of sites to gather critical data on ground conditions and to inform design decisions.

- Supervise Construction: Oversee the piling process on-site, ensuring that the work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to coordinate efforts and address any design concerns that may arise during construction.

- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all piling works meet industry standards and regulations.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and documentation regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes to keep stakeholders informed.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (.) and have strong technical knowledge in piling methods and materials. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
