We are looking for a skilled Piling Engineer with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The successful candidate will work on various projects involving deep foundations and soil management.Key Responsibilities:- Design Piling Solutions: Create and develop effective piling designs to ensure stability and safety for construction projects, taking into account soil conditions and project requirements.- Site Investigations: Conduct thorough evaluations and surveys of sites to gather critical data on ground conditions and to inform design decisions.- Supervise Construction: Oversee the piling process on-site, ensuring that the work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to coordinate efforts and address any design concerns that may arise during construction.- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all piling works meet industry standards and regulations.- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and documentation regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes to keep stakeholders informed.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Architecture or Engineering (B.E.) and have strong technical knowledge in piling methods and materials. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

1)Module Mounting Structures 2)Support Structure of inverter, ACCB, ACDB etc 3)IDT and Power Transformer foundation 4)Main control building 5)Review of Switchyard equipment foundations, gantry Tower Foundation and structural design, Transmission line Tower and their Foundation. 6)Understanding of topography and geotechnical report. 7)Design of foundation system (raft, open, combined and pile foundation) 8)Design of roads and drain. Provide technical solutions to structural engineering problems within teams.Ensure that lessons learned from previous projects tenders are known and utilized within the teams by regularly organizing technical peer review sessions. Ensure that key performance indicators like On Time Delivery, Right First Time, Direct Material Productivity are met Coordinate with Project Engineer and/or Project Manager and communicate status of structural engineering deliverables with respect to schedules, upcoming deliverables, challenges and achievements. Method of communications to include, but not limited to design review, team meetings, line of balance meetings etc. Frequent Site visit, collection of site data, its analysis and design of structures. Co-ordination within team and interdepartmental. Giving instruction to draftsman for preparations of GFC drawing. 2-3 Years, experience related to execution of Ground mounted Solar Projects in MW scale. Responsible for project management and monitoring of site construction activities as per project execution plan. Co-ordinate with site Contractor/Execution Agencies for smooth execution of work at site. Joint inspection of material receipts at site by respective site Contractor and certify the same. Monitor the construction of solar power plant facility. Verify and certify running bills raised by site Contractor/Execution Agencies as per actual site work progress. Implementation of the industrial standards, quality, Health & Safety Norms (HSEGuidelines). Preparation of Daily/week
