as a project team lead, the employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake

the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

• develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools.

• troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software, applications, websites and

databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

• developing and maintaining dynamic websites.

• organising projects.

• thorough understanding of relational database mysql or similar technologies.

• excellent coding skill in required & supporting languages. (php, laravel, ci, react, mysql,

postgres) we are working with

• contribute in all phases of the development life cycle.

• coordinating with co-developers and other related departments.

• sending regular updates about project status.

• work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and

delegate tasks to the appropriate team members.

• develop team schedules and assist in the successful on boarding and training of team

member.

• create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.
