**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Assist with managing schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient daily operations.
- **Documentation:** Prepare and manage important documents, files, and reports, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- **Communication:** Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries.
- **Meeting Coordination:** Arrange meetings, including booking venues and preparing meeting materials for participants.
- **Data Entry:** Maintain databases and records accurately to track information systematically.
- **Confidentiality Management:** Uphold a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and business practices.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
