- Manage calendar and appointments: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the employer. Ensure the calendar is up to date and organized.
- Handle correspondence: Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the employer. Maintain proper records of all correspondence.
- Maintain confidential information: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Organize travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Ensure all travel documents are in order.
- Assist with personal tasks: Help with personal errands, such as booking reservations, shopping, or coordinating household tasks.
Skills and Expectations:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office Word, and basic computer skills.
- Excellent letter drafting skills to communicate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to keep track of appointments and correspondence.
- Prior experience as a personal secretary is preferred, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Must be a female candidate with a minimum of 12th pass education and a Bachelor's degree in any field.
