Ensure the calendar is up to date and organized.- Handle correspondence: Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the employer. Maintain proper records of all correspondence.- Maintain confidential information: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.- Organize travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Ensure all travel documents are in order.- Assist with personal tasks: Help with personal errands, such as booking reservations, shopping, or coordinating household tasks.Skills and Expectations:- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office Word, and basic computer skills.- Excellent letter drafting skills to communicate effectively.- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.- Attention to detail and organizational skills to keep track of appointments and correspondence.- Prior experience as a personal secretary is preferred, with at least 3-5 years of experience.- Must be a female candidate with a minimum of 12th pass education and a Bachelor's degree in any field.Job location is Noida (Delhi Ncr)
