We are looking for a dedicated Personal Secretary to support day-to-day activities in our office. The ideal candidate must be organized, efficient, and capable of managing various tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Administrative Support**: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings to ensure smooth office operations.
2. **Communication Management**: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses and clear communication between departments and clients.
3. **Document Preparation**: Prepare and maintain important documents, including reports and presentations, to aid in efficient workflow and decision-making.
4. **Record Keeping**: Maintain files and record important information, ensuring confidentiality and easy access when needed.
5. **Task Coordination**: Assist in coordinating various tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office, is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are important for effective interaction with team members and clients. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are required.
