To work closely with the Founder as a trusted aide, supporting in both professional and personal activities. The role is designed to assist the Founder in day-to-day duties, ensuring time is optimized, workload is minimized, and priorities across business and personal life are effectively managed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Direct Support to Founder
Work one-on-one with the Founder, understanding ongoing needs, demands, and priorities.
Provide end-to-end assistance in personal, social, and professional activities.
Anticipate requirements and ensure tasks are completed with minimal supervision.
Support in strategic planning and streamlining activities across multiple business verticals, with emphasis on:
HR vertical (talent management, recruitment support).
Candidate Placement Cell (coordination, tracking, follow-ups).
Learning & Development (planning, research, execution support).
2. Business & Administrative Support
Coordinate with key stakeholders and internal teams on behalf of the Founder, if required.
Remind and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring timely closure.
Help in preparing or organizing key documents, trackers, and reports for Founders review.
3. Personal & Lifestyle Management
Manage Founders calendar, appointments, and social activities.
Handle personal errands, bookings, payments, and travel arrangements.
Provide support in maintaining balance between professional and personal commitments.
4. Communication & Representation
Act as the Founders point of contact for communications.
Represent the Founder in meetings, follow-ups and ensure clear communication flow with stakeholders.
Maintain professionalism and discretion in all dealings.
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
Ensure strict confidentiality in all business and personal matters.
Uphold the Founders image and AtoZ VirtuaLs reputation in every interaction.
Work with integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.
Any other duties as assigned
During probation payscale varies ( no fixed salary) depends on how efficiently you handle assist Founder's activities ... You shall be entitled to receive 5 to 10 % of the profit earned in all the business Verticals you have assisted managed
Post probation mutually decided whts best fixed salary structure to go ahead with based on responsibility handle and output delivered during probation
