Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to support healthcare professionals in a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and personal assistance to doctors or medical executives, helping them manage their schedules, correspondence, documentation, and communication with patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily calendar, appointments, and meetings for the assigned healthcare professional.
Coordinate patient consultations, follow-ups, and medical procedures.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the medical professional.
Maintain confidential medical and personal records, both physical and electronic.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and medical documents as required.
Liaise with hospital administration, departments, patients, and external contacts.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for conferences, seminars, or hospital visits.
Ensure timely reminders for critical tasks, meetings, or medication follow-ups.
Support billing, insurance paperwork, and patient file management if needed.
Uphold discretion and confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
