Job Description

As a Personal Secretary based in Agra, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Managing schedules:** Organize and maintain calendars for appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring every commitment is on track.

- **Handling correspondence:** Draft emails, letters, and memos, and manage incoming and outgoing communication to keep information flowing smoothly.

- **Document preparation:** Create and format reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring they meet professional standards and deadlines.

- **Coordinating meetings:** Plan and arrange meetings by booking venues, sending out invites, and managing logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.

- **Maintaining files:** Organize and update physical and digital files, keeping records accurate and accessible for quick retrieval.

- **Assisting with tasks:** Provide general administrative support such as making phone calls, ordering supplies, and performing research tasks as needed.
