We are looking for a smart, organized, and reliable Personal Secretary to assist in managing daily administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
Maintain records, documents, and client data
Assist in coordinating spa bookings and customer follow-ups
Prepare reports, invoices, and basic documentation
Support in social media coordination and promotions (basic level)
Handle personal tasks and errands as required
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary / Admin Assistant (preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Well-organized and multitasking ability
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality
