Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Secretary to support daily operations and assist with various administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented female applicant, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Appointments:** Schedule and organize meetings for executive staff, ensuring that conflicts are avoided and all necessary materials are prepared in advance.

- **Maintain Files and Records:** Keep and update important documents and records systematically for easy access, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.

- **Communication Liaison:** Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, conveying messages accurately, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.

- **Prepare Reports and Presentations:** Assist in the creation of reports and presentations as needed, gathering data and formatting documents to meet internal standards.

- **Assist in Daily Operations:** Support day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth operations.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective interaction with team members and clients. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, along with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. A professional degree or relevant educational background is preferred. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates should be prepared to work full-time in a busy office environment located in Lajpat Nagar.
