This position requires the candidate to perform secretarial work and provide the Director and senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.
Their duties include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
They may also be required to organize events.
Qualifications and Skills
Hospitality or business graduate with 4-5 years’ experience in relevant field.
Pleasing disposition with good ICT skills and capacity to take initiative at work.
Effectively manage office and ability to multitask various roles.
Female candidates are preferred.
