we are looking for a competent personal secretary / executive secretary/personal assistant to support our director (females) preferably age between 18-30 years.
responsibilities
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- organizing events and conferences.
- reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines.
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
key skills
- ability to travel in multiple locations if required.
- educated to degree level or equivalent.
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts.
- flexibility and adaptability and ability to organize and plan own work.
- good oral and written communication skills in english.
- taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.
- excellent written and oral communication, pleasant personality.
- good computer knowledge.
