We are looking for a competent Personal Secretary / Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to support our Director (Females) Preferably age between 18-30 years.Responsibilities- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.- Organizing events and conferences.- Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.Key Skills- Ability to travel in multiple locations if required.- Educated to degree level or equivalent.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts.- Flexibility and adaptability and ability to organize and plan own work.- Good oral and written communication skills in English.- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.- Excellent written and oral communication, pleasant personality.- Good Computer Knowledge.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 15000 INR - 25000 INR per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:total work: Fresher or 1 Year Experience (Required)Language:English (Required)Please send your profile with your recent photograph at earliest.Expected Start Date: 10/09/2022
