Hiring of Personal Assistant- Female Only with 1-5 yrs. experience at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad

Position: Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant

Work Experience: at least 1-5 yrs.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Gender: Female Only

Job Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad

Salary Range: 30k to 40k

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English

Flexible & highly motivated.

Computer skills like letter drafting, Emails, Excel, Word

Responsibilities:

Manage diary, assessing priority of appointments.

Travel arrangements.

Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.

Maintain records of Directors contacts.

Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.

Following up with action on matters which fall within the Directors responsibility

chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.

Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

Manage arrangements for Trustees and Sub-Committee meetings, including

Production/distribution of agenda and papers.

Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.

Supervise all Trust incoming/outgoing mail.
