Job Description

also known as a passenger service agent (psa), this role involves helping passengers with a variety of tasks at the airport, including:

check-in: ensuring passengers and their luggage board their flights on time and safely

security: conducting security checks at the gate and helping passengers with directions and information for completing security processing

assistance: helping passengers with mobility issues, unaccompanied children, and special requests like wheelchairs

other tasks: calling passengers to board the plane, announcing flight delays, verifying boarding passes, and paging passengers to come to the front

customer service: providing exceptional customer service and responding to passenger inquiries
