Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Accompany the employer for business meetings in different cities.
Handle calls, emails, and documentation.
Assist in organizing events, presentations, and reports.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Provide general administrative and personal support as required.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional attitude.
Comfortable with staying in hotels during business trips.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Prior experience as a personal assistant or similar role is preferred.
