what you will do
as our performance marketing specialist, you will take the lead in developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across meta, google, tiktok, and pinterest. your goal will be to drive measurable performance, customer acquisition, and long-term value.
you will:
plan and implement performance marketing strategies to acquire and retain clients.
set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
analyze data and track kpis to evaluate performance and make data-driven optimizations.
collaborate with our creative, analytics, and leadership teams to ensure strong alignment between messaging and results.
stay up to date with digital advertising trends, new tools, and best practices.
continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve roas and efficiency.
provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.
what we’re looking for
bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, computer science, economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in google ads, meta ads, or other ad networks (preferably in ecommerce or digital services).
strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to turn numbers into strategy.
experience in the e-commerce or coaching industry is a strong plus.
proactive mindset, growth-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
