Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Lead Generation Growth Lead who can manage and scale paid media campaigns for multiple lead generation clients across industries such as real estate, education, healthcare, coaching, B2B, and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Paid Media Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and scale campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Scale campaigns while maintaining target CPL and lead quality
Lead Generation Funnel Optimization
Build and optimize TOF, MOF, BOF marketing funnels
Structure awareness → lead capture → retargeting campaigns
Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and thank-you pages
Performance & Budget Management
Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance metrics
Track CPL, CPQL, and conversion rates
Identify funnel drop-offs and optimize campaign performance
Creative Testing & Optimization
Work with design and content teams to test different ad creatives
Experiment with hooks, messaging angles, offers, and form structures
Run structured A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Tracking & Analytics
Ensure proper Pixel and Conversion API implementation
Set up GA4 tracking and CRM integrations
Qualification & Skills
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Lead Generation campaigns)
Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
Hands-on experience with GA4 and performance tracking
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience managing high-budget campaigns (₹15L+ monthly preferred)
