role overview

we are looking for a performance marketer to drive our digital growth across paid channels. the ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, maximize roi, and enhance eyemantra’s digital presence.

key responsibilities

plan and manage paid campaigns across google ads, facebook/instagram, linkedin, and other digital platforms.

optimize campaigns regularly to maximize ctr, conversions, and roi.

conduct a/b testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve performance.

track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using google analytics and other tools.

collaborate with the content, design, and seo teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing goals.

develop remarketing and retargeting strategies to nurture leads and reduce drop-offs.

stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and apply best practices to campaigns.

requirements

bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing.

proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns.

strong analytical skills with experience in tools like google ads manager, facebook ads manager, google analytics, and excel.

creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
