As a Patient Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients from consultation to international care coordination, ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfactory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Offer detailed guidance on diagnosis, treatment plans, procedures, and lifestyle recommendations to patients.

- Manage all aspects of medical tourism services, including hospital arrangements, travel assistance, and post-treatment care.

- Conduct virtual consultations with global patients, building and nurturing strong relationships.

- Successfully convert patient inquiries into confirmed treatments, meeting monthly sales targets.

- Collaborate with doctors, care managers, and partner hospitals to facilitate smooth patient experiences.

- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/CRM systems, prioritizing confidentiality.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in healthcare (., Nursing, BPT, BPharm, MPharm, Allied Health, MBBS, etc.).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in patient advisory, healthcare coordination, or medical tourism sales.

- Demonstrated success in patient conversion and sales.

- Excellent communication skills, clinical knowledge, and a patient-centric approach.

- Proficiency in EMR/CRM platforms and conducting teleconsultations.

- Flexibility to work across different global patient time zones.
