stabilize patients before transferring them to specialized units or higher levels of care.

medical records: maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients under your care.

document patient history, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.

collaboration: collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and case discussions.

patient education: communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing information about their medical condition, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

quality assurance:adhere to medical and ethical standards, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services.

participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.

quality assurance ring: provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff, interns, and medical students.

contribute to the training and development of the healthcare team.
