Passenger Service Agent Fresher

We are seeking a dedicated Passenger Service Agent to join our team in Asansol, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, and the minimum educational requirement is a 10th-grade pass.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Greet and assist passengers with their inquiries and needs at the terminal. Provide information about flight schedules, check-in procedures, and boarding gates to ensure a smooth travel experience.

2. Check-In Support: Help passengers with the check-in process, including verifying ticket information and issuing boarding passes. Ensure that all documents are in order and that boarding is done efficiently.

3. Problem Resolution: Handle passenger issues professionally and promptly, including missed flights, baggage problems, and customer complaints. Escalate issues to management as necessary to ensure swift resolutions.

4. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with passengers and other team members. Provide updates on any changes in schedules or procedures to ensure everyone stays informed.

5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security guidelines to ensure passenger and terminal safety. Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns immediately.
