Urgent Required - Painting Supervisor / Officer

Qualification required - Diploma in Surface coating / DME with Paint shop experience

Salary: CTC to lac / year

Experience required in Painting for 05 + years in Fabrication, infrastructure industries or in Automotive Industry

Job Description for Painting Supervisor / Officer

1. Painting & Blasting :

1)Ensure painter qualification as per company/customer requirements.

2) Select a qualified loader for material handling.

3) Select a certified blaster for blasting activities.

4) Check paint viscosity before issuing paint for application.

5) Ensure proper stirring/mixing of paint before use.

6) Plan the painting sequence based on material type and production schedule.

7) Ensure finished goods are painted as per customer color requirement (., Blue, Yellow, etc.).

8) Check Dry Film Thickness (DFT) as per customer or specification requirement.

9) Ensure blasting is completed as per customer specification/plan before painting.

2. Dispatch :

1)Load finished goods into the vehicle as per the approved packing list.

2)Prepare and secure loose items using strapping before dispatch.

3)Plan the appropriate vehicle selection based on the size and quantity of finished goods.

4)Load the vehicle according to vehicle capacity, ensuring compliance with height and width limits.

ty :

1)Ensure all safety precautions are followed during loading operations.

For over-height materials, ensure proper bolting, lashing, and securing to protect employees and cargo.

3. Training :

1)Training on DFT measurement and inspection techniques.

2)Training on proper use of painting guns and equipment.

3)Ensure painters use appropriate PPE, including filter masks, during painting operations.

4)Training on safe job handling and material handling procedures for loaders.
