Hiring For Packing Labour

We are looking for a Packing Labour to join our team in Agra, India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in packing roles and will be responsible for efficiently preparing products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Packing Products**: Safely and accurately pack various items for shipment, ensuring that products are secure and protected during transit.

2. **Quality Control**: Check products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards, detecting any defects or damage.

3. **Labeling and Documentation**: Properly label packed items and complete any necessary paperwork related to shipments to maintain accurate records.

4. **Maintaining Work Area**: Keep the packing area clean and organized to ensure efficiency and comply with safety standards.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to meet packing targets and assist in other tasks when necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least their 10th grade education and possess a strong attention to detail. The role requires physical stamina for lifting and moving products, along with the ability to follow instructions carefully. Experience in a similar packing or warehouse environment is essential. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are important, as is a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
