Job Description

Responsibility:

Ø To oversee all packing & dispatch related activities.

Ø To carry out day to day activities related packing dispatch activities.

Ø To prepare finished goods report.

Ø To prepare packing slip/gate pass .

Ø To get the all finished goods packed properly.

Ø To maintain the finished goods/scrap/seconds stock accurately.

Ø To guide the contract helpers for doing day to day activities of packing fast and properly.

Ø To carry out exercise to maintain physical stock with system.

Ø To prepare material rejection report.

Ø To segregate Seconds stock separately.

Ø To coordinate with marketing dept. to regularize dispatch

Ø To prepare advice as per the demand generated from the marketing department and to load the truck as per the advice of the customer.
